【ONEPIECE Theory】Predict Marshall D.Teach's final bounty. (Blackbeard bounty)

Hey guys!

This time, I'm going to discuss the final bounty of “Blackbeard” Marshall D. Teach, the Yonko!!

Summary

He is a dark human who has eaten “Yami Yami no Mi”, a nature-based devil fruit, and has the inexplicable ability to seal the power of any ability holder by using the “attraction” of darkness.

His laugh is “zehahahahaha.

Originally, he was an old sailor belonging to the 2nd Squadron of the “Whitebeard Pirates” led by Edward Newgate, but shortly before the start of the main story, he escaped by killing his friend Satch, the captain of the 4th Squadron, to get the “Yami Yami no Mi” (Yami Yami fruit).

He formed the “Blackbeard Pirates” with four companions, each of whom possessed extraordinary abilities, and himself as captain.

After that, he plotted to achieve his ambitions and defeated Captain Portgas D. Ace, the captain of the 2nd Squadron, who had been pursuing him, in a duel, and took his custody as a souvenir to join the Shichibukai.

Using his authority, he invaded the undersea prison, Impel Down, and recruited five criminals (one of them was the former chief guard, “Shiryu of the Rain”), whom he carefully selected from the prisoners he had escaped, to join his subordinates, and attacked Newgate in the Marine Ford Summit War.

He took the ability of the “gura gura fruit” by a certain means and became the only one in the world with the ability of the two “devil fruits”.

After the Summit War, he abandoned his Shichibukai title and quickly expanded his power.

He also won the Battle of the Battleships, a battle of mourning for Newgate and Ace, by an overwhelming margin, and drove the Whitebeard Pirates to the brink of destruction.

Furthermore, he made his power known to the world through his rise to power by plundering Whitebeard's territory one after another, and by the time one year had passed since the Summit War, he had become one of the Four Emperors, replacing Whitebeard before his death.

He is currently calling himself “Admiral” of the Blackbeard Pirates, who became a huge force in the Four Emperors' class, based on the pirate island of Hachinos, after defeating the former Rocks Pirates' Wang zhi in the wake of the “Rocky Port Incident”.

Nine of his old comrades, the “Ten Giant Captains,” are in charge of one ship at a time, and are active in various parts of the world in pursuit of Blackbeard's ambitions.

The first nine were known to be Lafitte, Doc Q, Auger, Burgess, and the five who joined at Impel Down (Shiryu, Pizarro, Vasco, Devon, and Wolfe). And two years later, he is a new addition to the group.

As he says in SBS (vol. 62), “The theme of Blackbeard's Pirates is ‘the most pirate-like’”, he has a strong presence as the boss of the group.

Person

Treacherous

As the title of the book says, he is a treacherous character who will not choose any means to achieve his goals, “in the most pirate-like manner.

For his own ambition, he created the opportunity for the collapse of “Whitebeard's Pirates,” which he had been a member of for many years, including the murder of his friend Satch, the handover of Portgas D. Ace to the World Government, and the deaths of Ace and Whitebeard in the Marine Ford Summit War that occurred as a result.

He has visited the extremely dangerous prisoners held in the LEVEL 6 of the Great Prison of Impel Down to make them his friends, not to mention those he has brought in, and those he has not brought in, such as Burndy World, Patrick Redfield, and Douglas Bullet, have escaped from prison if they have survived the killing spree.

They are causing great turmoil in the world, such as the following, but they don't care about it. On the contrary, they have cut off peace-loving civilians and navies as “boring,” and have declared war on the world with impunity.

Dreams and Romance

Although he is such a cruel man, he has a strong understanding of people's dreams and romance, and when Luffy goes to rescue Ace, he says to him, “Didn't we have an empty island?

He gave Luffy, who was on his way to rescue Ace, words of encouragement, such as, “There was an empty island, wasn't there?

He believes that “OnePiece, the Great Secret of the One Piece” will surely exist, and he recognizes Luffy, whose character, behavior, and tastes are the exact opposite of his own, as a man of great capacity.

He likes to use words such as “fate,” “revelation,” and “chance,” and has a transient mindset in which he leaves even his own life and death to fate and enjoys the next moment.

He is also a highly charismatic man, as evidenced by the fact that he leads a group of sailors who are all different from each other in some way or another.

As a pirate leader, he is a man of great capacity, and he overlooks most of his mistakes with a hearty laugh and does not punish them out of frustration.

However, while Luffy said in “OnePiece Film Red” that his dream of becoming the pirate king was “to create a new era,” Teach may actually be the exact opposite, saying that “people's dreams never end.

Contrast with Luffy

  • Beat the big boys and rise to the top
  • Loves dreams and romance
  • Immense charisma

He has been portrayed as similar to Luffy in many ways, but there is a definite difference between him and Luffy.

He is a ruthless realist who would easily discard his friends for his own purposes.

  • When he obtained the Yami Yami fruit, he killed Satch, his best friend who had spent many years as a fellow member of the Whitebeard Pirates, saying, “I had no choice.
  • When he attacked Boa Hancock for the MEROMELO fruit, his subordinates of Blackbeard's pirates, including the top brass, were petrified by MEROMELO's ability, and he knew that Hancock's death would not remove the petrification. He realizes that even if he promises to withdraw from the fight, if Hancock does not release his petrification and let go of his hand, Hancock will turn him into stone to end it all, and he says, “Oh no... I guess I should kill him.

This is the opposite of Luffy, who fights alongside his comrades for the sake of his comrades (sometimes even twisting the purpose of the fight), and sometimes, when his adversaries are cut down by his comrades, he even gets angry and says, “What do you think you are doing to your comrades!

When the enemy side is cut down by his comrades, he even gets angry and says, “What do you think of your comrades?

To begin with, Teach's “fellowship theory” and “pirate theory” are

  • As long as the interests are aligned.
  • Not a close-knit group.

and since the feeling is similar to that of a “business partner” if we were to compare it to reality, it is not surprising that they would be opposing sides of the same coin.

Misshapen body

According to Marco the Phoenix, “Teach has an atypical body structure.

Ace also once stated, referring to Teach, that he has lived twice as long as others. Since Teach's actual age is officially 38 (40) years old, it is thought to be a metaphor, but the details are unknown.

However, the details are unknown. Since Ace was around 20 years old at that time, Teach's life is almost twice as long as Ace's.

According to Buggy, a clown who was an apprentice to Roger the pirate, “I have never slept since I was born.

Hearing this story, Shanks interpreted it as meaning that if he could stay awake, his life would be “twice as much fun.

The pirate flag often shows the captain's characteristics, but Blackbeard's pirate flag is unique in that it has “three skulls and eight bones crossing each other ”.

In the world of the story, there are many unique races such as “three-eyed people,” “giants,” “dwarfs,” “fishmen and mermaids,” “unorthodox height,” “horns and fangs,” etc.

Among them, Teach, who is only a human in size, height, and features, has a “deformed structure. It seems that the internal mechanism of the body is fundamentally different from the human body.

Strength

His fighting ability is extremely high, and even when he was a non-practitioner, he inflicted three wounds on the left eye of the young red-haired Shanks, indicating that he is no ordinary fighter.

When he was an apprentice, he used three claws, but now he does not use weapons and fights exclusively with his bare hands.

Furthermore, he possesses the “Yami Yami no Mi,” the most dangerous “devil fruit,” and the “Guragura no Mi,” the “power to destroy the world,” which he took from the corpse of Whitebeard.

He is also considered to be one of the strongest in the work.

It is naturally impossible for an ordinary human being to obtain two abilities, but Marco the Phoenix speculates that it is because of his “deformed body structure.

There was also a risk of failure in taking away the abilities, and Shiryu said, “If we fail to take away the abilities, will we be disbanded?” He said, “If we fail to take the ability, will we be disbanded?

Since Shiryu was new at this time, he may not have confirmed his ability (even if he was at least explained to him). ......

Other than that, he seems to have a technique to take away abilities from those he kills, as he did with Whitebeard, and he hunts for those with abilities.

Big Mom inherited his ability from Mother Carmel, albeit by accident, so it seems that others can also take away his ability if they know the principle, but there is no case of targeting a person with ability and taking away his power, except for Blackbeard and his gang.

It is unclear whether the principle is unknown or whether it is difficult for anyone other than Blackbeard and his crew to do so. Blackbeard himself is prone to pride, so it is easy to strike a blow at him without his powers, but he is strong enough to wound the young Shanks (at least when he still had his dominant arm) even without his powers.

He is originally quite tough, so much so that if he stopped being so proud, he would have defeated Portgas D. Ace, a Shichibukai-class executive in the Four Emperors class, in a one-on-one fight. If he were to win, it would be tough unless he is capable of deciding the match with a single blow while Teach is in a state of pride.

Haki

As far as we can tell, he has already mastered the Armament Haki and Observation Haki.

However, it is not depicted that he has mastered the Conqueror's Haki, because when he was fighting Trafalgar Law, there was a “crunching” sound of the Conqueror's Haki, when he was holding his wobbling posture (the sound effects of wobbling are “buuun...” and “bikibikiki”), and although he is depicted using a Conqueror's Haki, that sounds like that, it is not stated whether it is the “Conqueror's Haki, of the Conqueror's Haki,” or not.

It is not stated whether or not it is the “High Power of the Four Emperors,” and its authenticity is unknown.

He is a charismatic and powerful man who can even be counted among the Yonkos,” so it would not be unnatural for him to have mastered it...?

During the battle with Trafalgar Law in the anime, apart from the wobbly cracks, there was a red electric shock-like effect.

When wearing the Conqueror's Haki,, there are two colors of electric shock effects, red and black, but in this story, Teach's effect was only red.

In the original story, there are some effects that look like the Conqueror's Haki,, but it is not stated whether he has actually mastered the color or not.

In addition, he repelled countless debris released by Law with his tact without using his wobble ability and without touching them.

This is a characteristic of “Ryuo,” an application of the color of armament, and it is highly likely that he has also mastered Ryuo.

Yami Yami Fruit(Dark Dark)

A type of natural logia, Teach says it “returns everything to nothing.

This ability is said to be the most evil of all the devil fruits in history.

It is capable of generating an infinite force of attraction to draw others in, and can crush or spit out those drawn into the darkness with its infinite force of attraction.

It is also able to disable the “devil fruit” abilities of those it touches by precisely attracting the entity of the ability holder.

By using the force of attraction, he can forcibly draw his target to his hand, forcing the opponent to disengage his ability as soon as he touches his hand.

This is different from the “Armament Haki” that can only attack the opponent, and is a complete disablement.

However, since nullification is a voluntary activation, if it cannot be activated immediately, the opponent's ability will be received even if he touches it.

Drawbacks.

  • Unlike other “natural systems,” the body of the person with the ability cannot be fluidized and remains an entity.
  • On the contrary, while deploying the dark attraction, it even attracts the attack of the opponent.
  • And not only physical phenomena, but even his own “pain” is attracted and doubled.

When he was hit by Luffy's rubber JET pistol, he struggled in pain, and when he was hit by Ace's fire fist, he suffered more damage than the other crew members.

Therefore, although classified as a natural type, its characteristics are close to those of a Paramecia type, and it can be said that it is a risky ability that may even kill you with a single blow, depending on the attack you are hit with.

In fact, he was almost killed by Magellan's attack when he was caught off guard, and was saved by Shiryu, who happened to be passing by with an antidote.

In light of the above, Yami Yami's ability is, so to speak, a “double-edged sword.

However, due to Teach's own unusual toughness and the fact that he seems unconcerned even though his circulatory system is clearly damaged, the risk is currently limited to “I can't pass it off” and “It hurts more than normal.

Since there are some cases where the victim is breathing on the shoulder, it appears that the damage is accumulating.

In short, it is easy to understand if we say that “instead of having no defense, the boss character has a devilishly high attack power.

Gura Gura Fruit

Originally an ability of Whitebeard, it boasts the strongest attack power in paramecia.

According to Teach, it “destroys everything.

It has the power to destroy the world, and can manipulate tremors to create earthquakes, tsunamis, and shock waves.

Even when he obtained this ability, he was still able to transform the ocean itself, but he was not able to fully master it at the time he first obtained it.

It can be activated at the same time as “Yami Yami no Mi”.

In the game version, he showed off a technique in which he drew his opponent in with his Yami Yami fruit ability and then hit him with a shockwave from his Gura Gura fruit. Can't you set this up?

In the original story, he used Yami Yami's “Vortex” while blocking the opponent's attack with his “Gura Gura's shake.

For Teach, the ability of “Yami Yami fruit” was just the starting point of his plan, and it seems that he even planned to take this ability away from Whitebeard sooner or later.

The Marine Ford Summit War hastened the death of Shirohige, who was nearing the end of his life span, and as a result, hastened the opportunity for Teach to obtain this ability.

Relationship with Rocks D.Xebec

According to his data card “Vivle Card,” he named his ship the “Saber of Xebec,” and after becoming the Yonko, he has been based on the pirate island of Hachinos, and he seems to be interested in the legendary pirate “Rocks D.Xebec,” who once formed a pirate band on Hachinos Island with the aim of becoming “King of the World,” whether because of “historical research” or his own goals.

He seems to be interested in “Rocks D.Xebec,” a legendary pirate who formed a pirate band on the island of Hachinos with the aim of becoming “King of the World.

He is said to be interested in “historical research,” but it is unclear how much he knows about ancient scripts and historical texts.

However, considering that Rox, who aimed to be the “King of the World,” was close to such “historical taboos,” he may know something about them.

At the very least, it is clear that he is a “studious” and “somewhat knowledgeable” person who understands the characteristics of the Lunarian tribe.

Relationship with Shanks

Shanks and Shanks have been enemies since their days on Whitebeard's ship, and it is known that they have inflicted three indelible scars on his eyes in their previous conflicts.

At the time of the Marine Ford Summit War, he left Shanks when he appeared at the final stage of the war, telling Shanks that “now is not the right time,” and it is expected that a decisive battle with Shanks will be depicted in the near future.

And there, Shanks....

Possibly the last enemy for Luffy

If Luffy finds out that Shanks lost the battle with Teach, he will definitely come to challenge Teach to a fight.

Luffy and Teach have clashed several times in the past, but none of them has been settled.

If this is the case, Luffy can indirectly surpass Shanks by defeating Teach, who defeated Shanks, which had been a barrier for Luffy to overcome.

Furthermore, although the two are of the same D clan, their ideologies are diametrically opposed. I think it is appropriate as a stage to decide who stands at the top of the world, domination or freedom.

Predicting the Bounty

Personally, I think the title of pirate king will be replaced three times.

That is, the first time is Buggy, the second time is Teach, and the third time is Luffy.

If he defeats Shanks and becomes the pirate king in this upcoming battle, there's a good chance he'll surpass even Roger, who was the pirate king before him.

So here is the last bounty I predicted.

The bounty is 5,596 million berries!

By using the same fraction as the current bounty, we can exceed Roger's 5,564.8 million berries.

As was the case with Akainu, there are more and more characters at the level of the Pirate King, and some may not have good feelings about it, but as long as Luffy has already come to the position of the Yonkos, it is better to reign as a strength ranked higher than that.

So that's all for this time.

Thanks for watching!
