I'm going to be thinking about the ability of Im the king of the world.
Imu
Gorosei is the highest ranking Tenryubito (World Government) and the highest authority of the World Government.
He is a mysterious being who looks down on even them, the world's most powerful people, from far above.
He appears only in silhouette, and his gender, age, appearance, etc. are unknown, but we can see his characteristic eyes, which resemble those of a reincarnated eye, and his distinctive body, including his "unusually long head (which looks like a crown)" and "arms that extend from below his height.
He has the authority to sit on the "Empty Throne," the oath sworn by the 20 kings who established the world government more than 800 years ago, and is believed to be the only king in the world who is ostensibly non-existent.
It is explained via Sterry's dialogue that if anyone sits on the False Throne, it is the "king of the world," and to speak clearly of his (her) position, he is quite literally the "king of the world.
She(He) appears to live in the Pangaea Castle in the land Mary Geoise, and usually plays with insects and plants in the "flower room" of the castle.

What Imu personally thinks of Gorosei is currently unknown, but they seem to trust them enough to handle government affairs on their behalf.
Gorosei understand that any outsider that learns of Imu's existence must be eliminated to maintain the illusion of peace and equality among the allied nations.
Nefertari Family
Imu shows great disdain for the Nefertari Family, particularly because of the actions of Queen Lili during the Void Century that resulted in the dispersing of the Poneglyphs across the world and suspected that it was no mere accident.
However, despite this disdain, Imu seemingly keeps a portrait of Lily inside Pangea Castle to look at for unknown reason.
Despite their utter contempt for Lili, they were polite to her descendant King Cobra, although they fully intended to kill Cobra when the conversation ended because he had become aware of Imu being the shadow ruler of the world.
Hostilities intensified when Imu learned that Arabasta's royal family had the initial "D" in their middle name.
When Cobra sacrificed himself to ensure that Sabo escaped Mary Geoise, this greatly angered Imu.
Imu has also developed an interest in Princess Vivi for currently unknown reasons.
After she escaped the custody of CP0, Imu ordered the Five Elders to capture and bring her to them.
Abilities and Powers
The full scope of Imu's abilities and power is unknown, but the fact that they sit upon the Empty Throne, a seat whose occupant would be associated with sole authority over the entire world, plus the fact that Gorosei—who are publicly considered the World Government's highest authorities—bow down before Imu and address them honorifically, indicates that Imu indeed holds the highest authority within the government.
However, their power seems limited insofar as they cannot publicly exert their authority, thus electing to direct the Five Elders to act out their will instead, by proxy.
Notably, Imu can order the deployment of a certain weapon of mass destruction, which is powered by the so-called "Mother Flame" invented by Dr. Vegapunk. This weapon, which floats in the sky above the target location, can effect the total annihilation of an entire island within seconds, as proven when it wiped out the Lulusia Kingdom.

Human-Human Fruit MythicalType Model Lucifer
Lucifer" is Latin for "he who holds up the light," and is used as the name of a demon or fallen angel.
In Christianity, especially in the Western Church (Catholic Church and Protestant), it is another name for Satan, the chief of the fallen angels.
It is also the name of the demon king Satan as an angel before his fall.
The shape of the tail-like thing you had when you stabbed the cobra at the False Throne was like a demon.
Snake-Snake Fruit MythicalType Model Jormungandr(MidgardsOrm)
Jormungand and MidgarsOrm are identical, just called differently.
This time, they are unified as Jormungand.
Jormungand is also called the world serpent or the one that covers the world, and it is so large that it surrounds the world, in effect ruling the world.

Next is nagaraja.
